the room is nice, the food is ok, the security is bad... well as a service company, emphatic is important, my wife was with 2 small kids, having a huge luggage, the first thing i do is dropping the luggage in the lobby, and 2 security upfront just, stare in glare, sir quickly , while there are 1 line for car to pass us, at least you can help to make it faster, better train them, if its on rural area ill acknowledge for their behavior, but then again its bekasi

This place is beside the metropolitan mall, this place have 2 main buildings. I have 2 nights there, the service was awesome, it has medium pool and large restaurant. The parking lot is medium. But I stay in a rooms with balcony, but the balcony is dirty, the rooms are clean (except for the balcony) and the breakfast menu are limited. The breakfast just tasted okay

A great service when I was there. The room was clean, staff super friendly. Durinh holiday season, you need to decide the correct time to have your breakfast. I was unlucky becaise I went to the restaurant a bit late. Some of the food finished by the time I arrived. Need to havr more options for the food and beverages.

Hotel room is spacious with modern design. My sons love the swimming pool and its view. The resto for breakfast is spacious with varied menu. Thanks to Shirly Hani, Reception, who made my weekend. Good luck..

The hotel has 2 main building. The new building houses room for the 11th to 16th floor. The old building houses room for the 1st -8th floor. The new rooms are ok, they are modern and clean. The old rooms are a bit outdated although they have bathtubs. They have lots of meeting room and lots of unused space that are mostly a bit old. The gym is a bit old, the pool is ok although it might be a bit small for all the people staying there.
Actually with so many rooms they should have used some of the rooms for recreational room, games rooms, etc. Since there actualy is not much that can be done in the hotel itself.
Breakfast was ok, but tastewise was not that impressive. View was Ok, but not that impressive. I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurant except for breakfast since its a bit expensive with no other benefit.
For the price its worthwhile. If you are not trying to get the bathtub I highly suggest choosing room of floor 11-16th since they are better equipped and doesn't have that old hotel vibe...

I stay for one night on the begin of Jan 2022 and really think that Hotel Horison is one of the best 4 star hotel at Bekasi city. The building is consist of Old and New separate by the bridge, with nice interior,and also warm staff.

Nice clean exclusive hotel, but they need to put the air con to lower temperature, during summer, in the afternoon, the main loby facing west sunset, room temperature could raised up over 30 degree in celcius.
Perhaps they use less power in this kind of economy, yet the corridors on each floor need air circulation, they need a better solution for this, before turn to become problematic.
Mall and ATM just around the premise.
The wood deco gave a good exclusive feeling.
The services are quite complementary, very polite.
