One of the best choice to visit in Harapan Indah, Bekasi - the only best place to get a diagnose and doctor consultation in this area. Very Poor service. Nurse/Doctor forgot to prescribe one of the medicine, after patient completed the payment through insurance and patient need to wait very long as the hospital need to confirm to the insurance again.

Wed, Mar 4th from 18.15 - 18.45 during emergency situation, i need to call the hospital. The line was busy, and keep asking me to wait for 30 minutes. But nothing happen, the system hang up automatically. What a good call center you got.
So decide to visit directly, but this fancy hospital lack of doctor that need to standby in ICU, u003e45 minutes in ICU without any doctor to do observation. understand there are few patients also need to be prioritize, but this is unacceptable.

The place is so clean and comfy, the customer service is also very nice. one of the best hospital to visit.

It's all good, I visited this place for covid rapid test. The only thing that need to improve is, data sheet. Why it need to fill such kind of data? Education, nationality, place and date of birth, religion, address, signatures, phone number and also asking ID card? It's all in ID card. 2 pages of datas + ID card before rapid test? Can it be simple, and fast? Rapid test took only 2 minutes, but it took me 10 minutes to complete required data.
