the hotel is clean, the location is also right and most importantly good service. It's good to have dinner there too. the point is it's very fun when there is a farewell party for my child's school, the staff is friendly. thank you avenzel

I wasn't a guest and was just meeting a relative there. However, I liked what I saw and my relative said it was a good experience staying there. Mileage may vary, take it with a grain of salt and all that.

Located near to Cibubur alternative road, its through walking distance to Cibubur Plaza, near to Trans Mall Studio and Cibubur Junction.
Tidy and comfortable room with large window and equipped with dim light.spacious restaurant with traditional and western food choices, a lot of meeting room, outdoor pool and large parking area.
Staff, well its just as expected from the 4 star hotel

Food: good and has many options
Room: clean u0026 comfortable, has shower, wifi is fast u0026 strong to do online meeting
Facilities: the gym is well designed and has different types of gym equipment. Swimming pool is pretty but close at 6 PM
Location: unfortunately it is not so strategic for holiday, it's more suitable for business meeting or staycation

Clean and spacious bedroom with reasonable prices. They have lots of meeting room and provide premium meeting souvenir. The buffet is delicious too! Recommend this place for corporate meeting!

clean and comfort room, my room got city view with mountain background, ok breakfast menu, standard amenties, dont parked at basement level, since they close the door access from basement lift, so u need to walk by uncomfortable route

Love everything about the hotel. The food abundant and delicious, big gym room and friendly accomodating staff for late checkouts
