Participateted in Bromo tour from Banyuwangi to Surabaya.
Agent was responsive and helpfull during the whole tour. Transport was prompt both days, service was from door to door.
Guide was well preparied and brought us to really nice view point, later to Bromo Crater before the crowd.
Tour included one night in Cafe Lava Hostel. Perfect place for this event.
However it is not cheap, it totally worth, especially if you don't have so much time.
