Came and stayed at this hotel just for one night. I booked their twin bed room type from OTA platform. Before I decided to book, I red some reviews from their guests u0026 I thought the hotel was very affordable with their pleasant interior within their room. Last Thursday night I came for late check-in at this hotel, the staff was very kind yeah like they took me to the room room. My first impression was good at the first, but when I checked there wasn’t amenities in my room, like they don’t give me towel u0026 water. Also, their AC didn’t functioned well. Then on the next day,I wanted to stay here for one more night. Their twin room type were full-booked, so I booked their 2 deluxe special rooms from RedDoorz platform. OMG I’m shocked their deluxe rooms just like abandoned room, the walls are broken the private garden aren’t set / orderly. But as long as the AC well functioned it was okay for me. But this morning their jenset or what it called was broken so the electricity stop working!! Also the water in bathroom didn’t came out!! It made me frustrated, I waited for a long time so the staff gave a solution to move to other room for take a bath, ugh I can’t describe the room at all!!
For the management team I think u should be responsible with your guests, please learn more about hospitality management.
