Great experience renting a bike for one night to visit ijen. Fast service and decent price. Gas masks and head torches also available for a dollar each.

Good rental service. We wanted a scooter to ride to Ijen. We arrived at the shop and 5 mins later we were on our way on a Honda Vario. Prices a little more than typical. 100k for a Vario. You can also rent head torches and gas masks for your Ijen hike.

Very good service. I booked a scooter by telephone just a few hours before arriving in Banyuwangi. Paid 65'000 for 24h without negotiating (was in a hurry). The woman at the company office was nice, u0026 the scooter was excellent. I wish it was always so easy in Indonesia! :)

Awful experience, this place could be classified as one step above a scam. We rented three scooters to drive to ijen. Within 10 Kms one of our scooters had a flat. We moved on. On the way back, one of our scooters had two flats. To top it off, the important registration is a key chain which two of ours had fallen off of (we recovered one) and were told we would have to pay 800,000 rupiah. The owner was extremely unprofessional about the situation and basically told us everything was our fault when he could have secured this important registration better like every motorbike I have ever rented throughout the world. The situation was brutal and the owner walked out on his and told us to go to the police. I hope no one ever books with them again. This was the service you expect from random strangers off the street, not a professional tour agent. Beware, travelers. I have to finish by saying the girl behind the desk is extremely sweet and helpful. It's just too bad this place is run by a greedy, selfish, business man.

The motorbike that I rented was in a good condition, I was late to return the motorcycle 1 hour and there is no extra charge, the lady in the office told me that it will be charged in more than 2 hours late.
Very recommended u0026 cheaper than other rentals in banyuwangi

Looking for transport for exploring banyuwangi, then Tripoli is right place for you. Tripoli is motorcycle repair workshop, and provide motorcycle for rent also. The quality of the motorcycle condition is Ok. I rent it, and ride it to Ijen. The rent price for a day is a about 100K rupiah. Dont know if it can be lower if rent for it more than 3 days.

We rented 3 scooters and 2 out of the 3 got flat tires. The woman working is very nice but the but the owner isn't the most pleasant person . I'd try someone else first next time.
