Beautiful place where you can observe Javanese native fauna in their natural habitat. You can see banteng/ javanese bull, deer, peacock, monkeys, among any other animals. There's a special place for visitors to observe the savanna, however it can be a little bit crowded. The best time to observe the animals are in the morning and the afternoon

An observation savana for some wild and protected animals such as rusa, banteng, burung jalak, and some more.
It is deliberately made for observation, study, and protect some rare animals.
There is mini tower where you can observe this place.

Located inside Alas Purwo National Park, a few minutes ride away from the entrance. Came during rainy season, and it was raining when I was there. There was a viewing platform and it wasn't big. Nothing much, just a vast savana filled with animals grazing. Bulls, deers, peacock, and a few big birds. I was expecting something more grand actually. Not to be compared with an african savana. A binoculars might be handy since the animals are rather far away from the viewing platform.

Are you in for viewing the wild at their own habitat? You are in the right place. Either you want to see wild buffalos, deers, boars, ajax etc etc, or specifically jump in for birdwatching or other wildlife watching, no doubt this place provides what you need. Bring enough water, snacks or light food to comfort your 'hunting' time as it saves much of your precious time. Or, the food vendors here are with affordable price. Just remember to bring back your trash or put it in appropriate bins

A beautiful place with a natural jungle atmosphere and lots of trees that will make you feel calm and cool. A beautiful landscape will take you like an adventure.

Nice place for watching local animals at their own habitat, I see many Buffaloes, some monkeys and peacocks
