Had a wonderful time here. Clean and basic rooms, 30 minute drive from the ferry to Bali, 10 minute drive from the train station. But more importantly, the host is definitely the friendliest and warmest person I met on my trip! He treated us to some nice homemade meals, as well as coffee and toast before our Ijen tour (250k, transportation/guide arranged by him). Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Owner and his family are really warm and inviting and make you feel like you are at home.

Private room was clean and comfortable with a nice courtyard outside. Free breakfast was delicious.

It's also located in what seems to be the best part of town with restaurants and a department/supermarket right nearby.

And you have the option to book tours or rent a motorbike if you please.

Incredibly cozy place! The hosts are very good-natured and friendly people. I really liked the patio - it's also an eating place - under a huge green and beautiful tree you can enjoy a shade during a hot day and an excellent company for an interesting conversation in the evening. Here this hospitable family will feed you a fantastically delicious breakfast for every taste and wish. They also have their own juicy dragon fruits, grown by themselves. And what a coffee! Just a gastronomic holiday.
In addition here you can order a tour for the volcano at a very low price but of very good quality: with professional guides, transport and equipment. The owner will personally make sure that you do not oversleep it and prepare coffee for you. The best service!
The room is clean and cozy. But without the air conditioner it's very hot - even the fan does not help. But on a huge bed, in the quiet street (while not far from the center) you'll sleep sweetly and serenely.
In general I really enjoyed staying here. I recommend it to everyone!

The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. It was an unplanned stay, but he was very accommodating and assisted my family. He also suggested plenty of places to visit if we returned to Banyuwangi for longer next time. 10/10 would come again.

We had a double room for 150k which was spotless and equipped with a fan. Fantastic breakfast is included in the price. We had the vegetarian/vegan one which was rice with stir fried vegetables +dragon fruit +tee. The other day it was rice +tempeh +green beans +dragon fruit +tee. Non vegetarian guests got noodle soup with chicken which also looked good. You can also order Indonesian food any other time of the day for 15k pP. The owners are incredibly friendly and the place is also good for relaxing as they have big trees with chairs and banks in the yard. Would definitely stay there again!

The owner was really friendly and room was very clean. It is not high rise building but i really satisfied. Big delicious welcome juice. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your service in banyuwangi.

The place is strategic. It's in uptown side make it accessible. The room is comfortable furnished with a springbed and a small closet. It has no Air Conditioner (AC) only an air fan. It doesn't matter. I can stay all day in the room. The bathroom is clean btw.

The owner "Pak Is" is a very friendly host. He directly picked me up from nearest bus station free of charge. He even took me to his friend's Coffee Cafe just to hangout with his friends. Drinking coffee u0026 try local cigar. He also has some bonsai trees in his house. He put them in his decent garden.

It also has a hangout spot. There are some wooden table under a big mango tree and a clay tile canopy at the back of the owner's house.

It's a low budget homestay. Very worth it though.
