Awful tour company, booked shuttle from Banyuwangi to Bali. Suposed to be a shuttle bus with reclining seats, TV etc. But turned out to be a dirty old car for 6 passengers, they tried to fit 8 passengers into the vehicle, literally squeezing them into others seats. I protested against this and they told me if I don't like it then to get out of the car. No seatbelts, the driver was smoking, driving dangerous and rude customer service. Worst experience I've had with a transport company after living in Indonesia 10 years. Total lieing fraudsters don't use them. Next time i will take a public bus or seek out an honest tour company.

Super disappointed with their service. Made bookings 2 days before traveling from denpasar to banyuwangi, and they had confirmed the reservation . On the actual day, i called them 19 times without any answer, and i have to check out of the hotel room, i had no idea when they were picking me up. Since it’s going to be a 7 hours ride, i was pretty anxious and fortunately was able to make another reservation with bintang wangi with immediate response or any hassle. I was picked up within the hour by bintang to start the journey to banyuwangi. I would not wish anyone to face that situation especially if you are traveling alone and for the first time to these areas.
