I seriously doubt of the owner's honesty.

We had lost a passport in Bromo and organised for a guide to get it from Dannu's place. The owner made us believe the guy who got the passport wanted money but we later had confirmation he never did.

Danny needs God in his life.

It’s a nice place to spend our night, clean place, cheap price, easy to find, and the owner is flexible about the time.

Nothing about this place is worth mentioning. I didn't feel very welcome there. The rooms are affordable but not exactly comfortable. Felt like a soulless makeshift hostel to me. You can book one of their overpriced tours but I wouldn't recommend it. The staff is tired and the boss is an oddball.

Clean room and the surrounds. Warm host. Make tea or coffee on your own at the kitchen. Easy to go to any destination of Banyuwangi city by your own vehicle. A muslim prayer place is just cross the road.

Had a good stay! You get small breakfast included nasi or rice. They can arrange trips for you. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. I went to Ijen Volcano and Baluran national park which are both very Nice tot visit! They arranged a very good price 200k for transportaction to Probolingo and/or Mount Bromo

Nice and clean accomodation with cosy dorm room (3beds), but there is going to be a new bigger one in a few days. The owner Dannu is friendly and can help you setting up trips to Mt. Bromo and wherever you want to go. The receptionist Tica speaks english very well and is super kind and tries to help you with whatever problem you have.
