Disgraceful service. Bus was 3 hours late arriving in Banyuwangi and only room for 2 people not 3 and no room for bags. Driver was rude and ignored WhatsApp messages asking where he was. Lied about what was holding him up, firstly a previous bad passenger then puddles causing traffic (on a blue sky day). Unacceptable

very unreliable! don't use them!
their bus never showed up, even though I was at the meeting point half hour early.
after that no one would be picking their phones. wasted my time! not even sure they are a real company!

Miserable travel experience from Banyuwangi to Denpasar. 11 hours in an overfilled van which should have taken 4 hours. Just fly instead, absolutely not worth it.
