My new favorite hotel to stay in Bandung! The room is soo spacious, fun, energetic, and has complete amenities, especially the cute slippers! The breakfast menu is quite complete. The bed is super cozy.

This hotel is linked to Paskal 23 Mall, so very easy to find food, or go shopping, etc. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

One-liner: Good hotel can improve it's tourist services (i.e., day trip)

Would we stay here again: Yes!

What we like: Good hotel, was close to the station, food market and shopping area. Room was clean and tidy, facilitations (pool, reception, laundry) were good. It exceeded our expectations by a small bit.

Improvement: Tourist services were far more expensive then booking it somewhere else. So in case you want to book a day trip do not do it at the hotel.

First of all, the location is strategic, near to the malls and food stalls. The staff's service and hospitality was also good. But it's very unfortunate, that this hotel doesn't give any privacy to the customers since the wall is pretty thin, no soundproof and we can clearly hear everything from the room next door (even when they did a normal voice convo!). My family and I almost had to whisper all the time if we want to talk to each other. For me, it is fatal for a hotel to have such rooms like that. Pls do consider to renovate your rooms entirely.

The room is spacious and clean! We ordered the cheapest room with one double bed. It also has a sofa beside the bed so one extra person can actually fit in the room.

We didn't really use the service, but the people there are nice and friendly. The only thing that caught my attention was the check-in process took a pretty long time and there were lots of documents to sign, even if we have ordered it beforehand via online.

The location is right above the Paskal 23 mall, which is one of the most famous mall in Bandung. The parking area is also very spacious but can be quite full during weekend (because they use the same parking place with the mall).

Very strategic and pleasant hotel. Highly recommended for those of you who like shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also clean. Standard breakfast menu only.

Sufficient, comfortable, and clean room, everything works well. Considering it's a 3 star hotel, there's really nothing to complain about. The parking entrance might be closed at certain time at night which might be a problem but we had a security opened the entrance again for us.

First experience at Yello! Hotel, I can give five stars without hesitation. Rooms are clean, large enough. Many details in the room and in the hotel make a sense of positive energy. I walked from the station to the hotel in 12 minutes.
