Pros: service is excellent, they greet all customers immediately after they enter this restaurant. They also describe the product well. All is following SOP. But the main point is food. I order chicken but it tasted very suck, looks like it's already been there for 30days! It's not a good food. Tea is not good as well. They really need to improve their food.

I got a recommendation from some colleagues and I decided to try their fried quail. You can upgrade to the French quail for a meatier one, and that's the one I tried. Overall, it was okay, I think. Wasn't too impressive, but it was a decent lunch. My sambal was mediocre too.

we stop here for lunch, delicious chicken set (ayam gebuk), the sauce will make you cry because it is too spicy and seems like missing some ingredient, a cozy place, just next to a heritage factory outlet, a very affordable price, good service and recommended

The first restaurant my family and I went for dinner. The food selection was great. We have a nice dinner there. But to me, the price is not that cheap, but acceptable. Nice interior. Walking distance from other shop lot for shopping.

It located near the famous factory outlet in bandung named Heritage. It is in riau street
The popular street for so many factory putlet is in this area. The most popular food in sangrai is puyuh kremes. I tried and i liked it. But the puyuh is little portion i think and the sweet tea is very big portion in glasses. The sambal is delicious i liked it too. If you are in jakarta you can see the branch in some place in jakarta. When i get there in ramadhan, they give me free tajil. The taste is good because it's not too sweet for me. I suggest for this restaurant to separate the smoking with non smoking area. Because when I get there, the person near my table is smoking and didn't care with the other person outside them. It's very disturbing the other person. The restaurant sell an instant coffee from bandung named nook nook. They saved it in refrigerator. The taste of the cofee is good and i like it.

I ordered a set of nasi liwet and it was quite tasty. The food came with a small bowl of sour soup, but I did not really like it because the chunk of corn was too big and hard to eat.
