We made a booking on February 2022 through Booking.com under a last minute booking. Arrived there in the evening with struggle over a very narrow alley-sized entryway for car at around 7 PM, and made a quick check-in. We got a room downstairs in Basement, requesting for room change but rejected and told that they are fully booked that night. When we gave up and went to the room, we were so shocked to see a horribly dirty room with even worse bathroom with extremely dirty floor and moldy ceiling, bed with moldy bedsheets and pillow, stained wall and dirty floor, as if it has never been occupied in years. The room is dusty and damp. And we went straight to check out as soon as possible. When we complained to the reception boy, only then he offered a replacement room (earlier he said none is available). But we lost interest in the hotel, and have to let the payment burned without staying. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone we know. Shocking that they put customer in such room condition.
