I booked a Deluxe Room without breakfast for a night and spent about IDR 353k (after 7% discount deduction from Trav3l0k4). This room booking was created on the same day as the check-in day. No idea whether it was normal fare for that type of room or not. I came to this guest house about 01.30 PM. Unfortunately, my room was still being prepared. It should be ready at 02.00 PM as stated in information section in Trav3l0k4 application. I went back here at 02.30 PM. The registration was run fast. IDR 250k-cash should be stored as deposit and will be given when check-out. This was also already stated in information section in Trav3l0k4 application.
Pro (+)
1. The location is great, not far from main road but quiet enough.
2. The room was quite spacious, equipped with king bed.
3. TV channel was OK, they provided channel list consisting of channel number and channel name. This list was very helpul for the guest to enjoy the TV channel, and this list was still up to date.
4. Room and bathroom was CLEAN, yes, clean. They provided dustbin in room and bathroom.
5. No mineral water provided in bottles provided (environmental friendly). They provided water dispenser in corridor and mugu0026water jar in each room.

Cons (-)
1. Because the room type is "Deluxe" room and all picture was room with window, I expect my room has window for the outside (street) view, but it does not. No window at all. No information in travel0k4 application explaining that the room type I booked was room without window.
2. They did not provide tooth brush and tooth paste in my room. No idea whether this applies to all type of room or they forgot to put them in my room.

This is really a very good guest house. Stayed for two night and really enjoyed it. It is a two star hotel with five star service. Was really impressed with their service. The room is clean and smell nice. I like the fact that we can refill our water bottle outside our room. Well done!

Nice place to stay in Bandung city. There are 3 types of room:
1. Superior
2. Deluxe
3. Deluxe plus

The price is relatively cheap (around 400k) per night for Deluxe in Idul Fitri period. There's not much difference between Superior and Deluxe though. So I suggest you taking Superior if the room is still available.

Facilities:
1. Parking lot
2. WiFi
3. Breakfast starting on 7AM
4. Free flow mineral water from dispenser
5. Soap (no shampoo though)
6. Towels
7. Adjustable hot/cold shower

And just outside this guesthouse on the T-junction, there is a minimarket. So you don't need to worry on your daily needs in case you forgot something.

However all rooms are nonsmoking rooms. So for those of you who smoke need to go outside the lobby first. But since I don't smoke, I really like this place.

In overall, it's almost like a hotel with a low price!!

Very-very bad two girls receptionist attitude. they forced me to pay an additional charge IDR100,000 for bringing our daughter together because the room only for two. Directly non-user-friendly and no discretion. Thats why I booked the room with King size Bed for my family three of us. So why she asked for more extra charge.. This is low budget hotel not value for money and Not Suitable for Family accomodation. No drinking plain water. No coffe tea making facilities, No soap or shampoo. Towel with stain and dirty. Very far from the town and no restaurant around, need to get a taxi go out for food. I just stay for a short time late chk-in but very early chk-out at 5.30am in the morning. This is the FIRST and THE LAST I stay in this guest house.

Great if u just need a place to rest/ sleep. Very clean, staff are polite n helpful. The rooms are very spacious. Bed and bathroom are 2 star hotel quality!

Excellent guest house. Thoroughly enjoyed the lobby area, environment/vibe. Good place to get work done. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Had zero issues.
