It was good enough, yet doesn't make me or my family want to go back.
The room didn't have Air Conditioner even though the location was not that chilly.
The underground rooms were spooky and damp, despite the rooms being so beautiful and neat.
A lot of small insects (need the anti-insects spray!).
Good breakfast with little selection of Fu0026B.
A little suggestion: why don't you make your own smoking area in the restaurant? It's hard for family with a baby, or a person with an asthma to breathe and to enjoy the fresh air in the morning. Thank you.

In fact, the whole hotel is very clean. Our room is spacious. The water gardens are a beautiful oasis in a concrete jungle. The breakfast buffets were spectacular - there was nothing you had to ask for. Breakfast was adequate. The food menu is standard not variative. Cheap and affordable.

I liked how spacious the room felt. Room was perfect for our small family. All of their conference rooms were extremely accommodating for all of the attendees of the conference. These are people who enjoy their jobs. We thought the neighborhood was just fine. Activities for the families were great. Recommended for a family who has own vehicle.

The rooms are big to say the least. The room was great for what we need. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. I love the swiming pool design. The meeting rooms themselves are really nice. The breakfast buffet is quite a treat. Some parquet floor need to repair.

fast front office service when checked in. they provide 3 kinds snack, tea and mineral water while waiting. quite peaceful place with spacious room, prefer garden view. love the atmosphere while sleeping, you can hear the river flows from outside the room. swimming pool tiles and mat need to be changed. bathroom design, bedcover not as white as 3 other 3stars hotel, garden need to be improved! Prefer not having breakfast here...

I stayed here with my husband and kids during the weekend and we had a really relaxing time. The rooms were big and had a its own terrace, and parking space. Our room exceeded our expectations by far. The staff is so helpful and friendly. From arrival to departure we were well taken care of.
