Oh, i haven't written any review for this hotel yet??? When i went there the hospitality was awesome, i was greatly impressed. They also upgraded my room, which i was so thankful for, because my mom loved that a lot. The rooms were comfortable and the price was totally worth it. It was rather unfortunate for the breakfast to be less impressive. I remember mom said the glassware smells fishy. I just hope they improved that part. But overall it was a pleasant stay!! ????

Lovely place, location, and room! It is located near Riau. It has great lobby but if you use online transportation, better to tell them to go to the basement lobby since they don't have drop off lobby on the ground floor.
The room is spacious and the shower is the best!

Nice hotel !
Staffs are really friendly and helpful, they will try to accommodate your needs during your stay. You will have, what they call, and ambassador who will assist and help you during your stay.

Location is great. Only walking distance to mall, shopping center, restaurant and even pharmacy. The parking lot at basement is a bit small, but I heard that they provide valet service if the space is full.

Breakfast buffet was delicious with various menu, they even serve ice cream for breakfast ! Though some food was too salty for my liking, but overall is good. Room service menu good too, and their price is surprisingly decent for a hotel.

They do have swimming pool, right beside the restaurant, it's small and shallow - only 90 cm deep, but I think it's enough for a quick dip or for kids to have morning splash.

Tips : if you're a light sleeper and want a quiet room, choose the one with window facing inner courtyard. If you want view, choose the one facing the street, but it'll be noisy with traffic sound. The room at fifth floor will have additional noise during rainy day, you can literally hear raindrops on the roof above you, and it's quite loud especially when the rain is heavy.

All and all, I have a pleasant stay and I'll come back for another staycation !

Both of the room, services and fasilities is quite good. But for the parking lot is a little to small for the hotel with that kind of size of visitor. But overall i really enjoy staying there. Inside the hotel the interior is unique and it is quite good for taking a picture in there. Hehehe..

Excellent guess services, clean rooms and most affordable place to stay in Bandung.
We truly impressed with the level of quality of service at this property.
We truly appreciate the excellence given by Ms. Mayang the dedicated concierge service that uses Whatsapp messenger to address and communicate to our needs and services provided, she is truly GOLD!
The housekeeper Risma that always given an excellent cleaning services and replenishes with all of our rooms amenities and always doing her job with smiles and full of joy.
This property under the current management truly is a GEM for the city of Bandung tourism and excellence.

Staying for one night here, strategic place and easy to find, humble and helpful for all the staff specially Mr. Yofa FO thanks for smooth Checkin and Ms.Ratna Hostess Soda Restaurant for the assistance. Room is good and comfy, only 1 issue was the bathroom, once you take a shower water will floaded to outside shower area. Please take a note for room 1048. Food for breakfast tasty and so many choice. Ada Indomie juga jangan sampe ke skip! Thanks 1O1 Dago !

The room was quite old, and i suggest you to choose the one who got direct sun light. its quite humid for the one not got direct sunlight. hot water, wifi, free refil water by dispenser, valet for car park is available.
