This place has potential however need a lot of improvements. The place is very dirty, many dirty stains on bed, dusty, smelly, and I found cockroach and a lot of ants on the bed. Also, no hot water availabe in the morning. I dont recommend this place for family trip.

This hotel is actually beautiful.. it is fit with my style since i don't really like the hotel with the high floors.. i like the ambience.. the surrounding is calm and cold.. the building is also great.. but sadly it is not well maintained.. the best part is just the pool.. i hope that the management can increase the service.. i don't know.. or maybe it is caused by the pandemic situation?! ????.. hoping that oneday i can stay in this hotel again and of course with the better condition of services

This place is not good ! The Pictures are different from reality , it’s Dirty and smelly , bad bedding , all rooms were dirty and bathroom is smelly ! I don't recommend it????????

Some facilities must be requested first (eg towels, tissue, foot mat, ashtray)

It is a good hotel, but has low maintenance. I'm not sure whether the pandemic made it this way.
I spent a night at a family room. AC is not cold, no tea or coffee provided. Water dispenser is outside the room. We needed to ask for another glass to add one that was provided. Some stuffs in the bathroom didn't work properly.

Other than that, all works well though.
Hot water run well. Beds were comfortable. Pool looks good, but I don't want to swim during the pandemic.

If you got a room bargain, I still would recommend this hotel. But if you have to pay full price, I would suggest you find another hotel.

The hotel was nice. You should try to stay in their 2 bedrooms suites. Very nice and spacious. Their swimming pool nice and this place contains with many spots for you to make social media contents.

However a lot of maintenance should be done starting from bathroom (very old and need a lot of repairment.

They have Kopi Arah Restaurant inside.

We got third floor and there's no elevator so we had to back and forth if we were missing something from our car. The linen looked rusty and stained. The whole building definitely needs maintenance.
