Good historic sights about West Java. Great place for field trip with students :)

It has a large collection of historical objects such as Geology, Biology, Ethnography, Archeology, Numismatics, Philology, Ceramics, Fine Arts, and Technology.

The first floor is a display of the early development of the natural and cultural history of West Java, such as handcrafted relics from the Prehistoric period to the Hindu-Buddhist era.

The second floor includes material for traditional cultural exhibitions in the form of community life patterns, livelihoods, trade, and transportation; the influence of Islamic and European culture, the history of the nation's struggle, and regional symbols of districts and cities throughout West Java.

The third floor exhibits an ethnographic collection in the form of various forms and functions of containers, art, and foreign ceramics.

It's a good place to learn the history of West Java (begin from its geology, its history, until its culture). The information makes us more understand about what we have learned in the school. The price of the ticket is really cheap! The location is easily reached by public transportation because this place is adjacent to Tegallega. The parking lots is big and enough for several big buses. Beside this place, you can find a place for temporary exhibition.

Small museum but nice atmosphere. One of the underrated museum in Bandung. Ticket is cheap (IDR 3000).

For museum lovers this place is really recommend when you go to Bandung

You could find how Bandung starts.
From pre-historic era to early Dutch colonization.

Plus side is ticket fee is so cheap (3k idr)

Nice place about the ancient time and about the history of west java. But the place is so tiny (there's not luch collection here). The ticket is so cheap.

Good place to knowing part of Sunda Galuh emperor, culture and west java history.
