This hotel has a lot of potential, the overall design is quite nice, the furniture is great, and the bathroom equipments are also nice it looks like a decent 4-star hotel.. but unfortunately its so dirty everywhere.

I got a very stained towel, the sink in my room has sticky visible dirts on them (that im sure is wipeable, but they most likely just didnt clean it very thoroughly), the bed sheets u0026 curtains have stain everywhere too, and the carpets u0026 sofas look so dirty u0026 dusty like they’re not very well taken care of.

Basically, It just need a good maintenance really. A good proper maintenance. I’m sure it’ll be people’s favorite, since the location is pretty good too, near many popular cafes in Ciumbuleuit.

I hope the hotel management really listen to all these cleanliness complaints, and they can improve where they should.

not recommended at all, it looks nothing like the pictures, so different. everywhere is dirty from the lobby to the bedrooms u0026 bathrooms. dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. there isn’t even hot water, just very cold water. the staffs aren’t helpful or welcoming at all. i regret my stay here.

The building was quite old and the lobby didn’t show a 4-star hotel. But the room was clean and I got a semi-modern interior room. All the facilities are quite good too. One thing that I like the most was water heater worked soooo well!

The hotel is dirty, when we came, the room was not prepared. AC didnt work, called the receptionist, no response. Finally asked to change the room.

This is a poorly managed hotel. Not suitable for ones looking for convenience or comfort

The swimming pool furniture are rundown. The lobby fish pool are not maintained. The seven's floor rooms are in maintainance due to roof leak. Karaoke room is not in function. The covid-19 pandemic situation in Bandung take a good share of suffering for this hotel. They try so hard to survive. So please God bless their efford. Amin.
