shake and shake is aerobic place.. i don't know much about shake and shake beside it have zumba aerobics and other cardio activity to shape your body (most of it users are woman) but you can find little shape in this place..

little shape is like a a play gym and i really recommended if you have a toddler in range of 1,5-3 years before they enter playgroup or pre-school.. it only takes 1 hour in a week. your child will learn how to crawl, grab, walk in the bridge and how to going up and down of a stair. they have a good teacher (they called miss) and they use both indonesian and english here. your child will love it because they will sing and dance to here..

and for me as a father really love to see my daughter to play here.. hahaha

best gym place in Bandung! recommended for girls and women in every ages. There are classes for babies (1.5yo ++)

Aerobic studio just for woman, so many class, its a good place for work out, so many program that help and support you to diet, friendly instructor ????
