The room was stinks and dirty. the soap dispenser was broken and didn't have soap in it. No bathroom amenities. No hot water. The only thing i like about this hotel was the breakfast.

We booked a Superior room and stayed for a night. What we like the most from the hotel is its strategic location. Everything is within a walking distance! A convenience store is next to the premises and there are many street food vendors in the vicinity. Paskal 23 is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Our room was smaller than expected. Spanning 15 square meters, the room was too small to our liking. However, it was decorated in a contemporary style with a touch of Hollywood Glam, creating such an elegant ambiance. Our windows overlooked Chinatown Bandung, which was great. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic but we liked the strong, steady water flow from the shower, perfect for massaging our backs.

The breakfast was nice. The menu was kind of "three-star hotel standard" but at least it was decent. The swimming pool is located next to the restaurant. We did not try it since the pool area was kind of crowded in the morning.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. We saw some things that should be improved though but still, it was a nice staying experience.

It's a nice hotel small room, doesn't provide a basic single amenities other than water, sugar and tea, so we bought it ourselves. Breakfast is okay could find it on the street with cheaper price but since it's hotel so it's fine.

Dirty! I don't how this hotel got CHSE certificate. Pillows were yellow, dirty sheet, broken chair, all dirty!

Cheap rates, not much expected. Not so clean carpet, first room was reek of cigarettes, immediately ask for room change. Shower glass was broken and glued. Sink was clogged, room's safe also cannot be locked. The staffs were all friendly and helpful despite the room's condition. Near many street food vendors and 2 minimarket just outside the lobby.

New building makes all the amenities inside this hotel is in good condition. Staff is very helpful. Room size is small with standard facilities and needs a little improvement in cleanliness. For breakfast, the choice is very varied with a different menu every day and it did not disappoint in taste.

A nice and worth hotel if you looking for a budget hotel. Although I only get 1 pair of sandals (I stayed with my partner) and my room was running out of soap, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
