Good places , cozy interior , staff is very helpful and friendly despite lots of negative review of rude staff?? ,get a great prices of fragrances while they on sale

I've heard of this store having rude staffs. And no, this review isn't gonna be about that. I walked in and everyone was doing the greeting. Not in a welcoming way but more of an "I was told to do this as a procedure" way. Not a problem, understandable. The first discomfort begins when a BA helped me with shade matching. She was trying to be helpful but Lord was she condescending in every sentence possible. And I could see her trying but she didn't come off helpful at all but rather impolite and, again, condescending. Secondly, I could see how some visitors were actively being approached while some completely weren't; unsure what the rubrics are for it. Lastly, some staffs are VISIBLY avoiding to be in the sight of any visitor as much as possible so that they wouldn't have any interaction with anyone. The lack of collection and those little unfortunate events just make the whole place feels lackluster to me. It's like they didn't want anyone to come in to the place at all.

I hate to be that person but I have to say; overseas Sephoras are honestly better. You come in store and get the full shopping experience with their infamous BAs.

The staffs are so rude, the way they look at the customers like they can’t afford to buy with judgemental face without any helps except the cashier. Maybe yesterday was my first and last visit. Its different with Sephora in JKT so far. Ah! Also when i was travelling overseas and bumped into Sephora, they have a verrry cool staffs, so nice and helpful. Didn’t mean to make a difference but its our own people :)

I went in without makeup on and didn't really dress well since I was in hurry from home, and nobody even greeted me nicely. Just those cold stares. Another lady - beautiful, with makeup on, elegant - was just coming in as I was about to leave the place and they greeted her nicely, asked stuff and all. People, please learn to serve nicely regardless how people look
