Their administration staff work is super slow for the hospital services. The light also dim for hospital, it’s not comfort at all. The nurse cannot give an explanation about the doctor schedule why the doctor late. The parking spot also bad, it was small and no one coordinated

So far I think this hospital is good one, the service is good, the facility quite complete, the competent doctor. I got operate here and the room for stay for 3 night is quite big and comfortable. 1 bad thing I don't like from this hospital is the toilet. In first floor (lobby) is good, but the rest OMG!! Dirty, disgusting, wet, no tissue, no hand soap, the bin broken. I think need lots of attention since this is a hospital. Please fix it!! It will make this hospital greater.

Stayed here for about a week due to dengue fever. Everything was excellent. I don't have anything to complain.

Waiting for more than 2hours for registration then waiting for the doctor for more hours, the nurse said the doctor do the operation. I visit ENT anyway. What any urgent to do operation during the normal time while many patients waiting here? or the staff is just lying to waiting patient?

Some people say that this hospital provides such a bad service. I don't really know what make them think that way. In my experience, the doctors and nurses work professionally. Some of them are quite polite. I like that. So, I don't get any problem with the services provided in this hospital. For the comments of some people about the number of staff which is too few, I think I agree.

Very short staff, long wait, officer keep making a call, looks like everything is done manually including room reservation. Not to mention for those who use BPJS is even worse. This is not the kind of hospital you expect to get an effecient service. The staff also look very young and inexperienced.
