A grade-A hospital which serves BPJS and other private Health insurance.
It has 9 floors and 2 basements for parking area.
The hospital provides excellent doctors and sophisticated health equipment.
If it wasn't for the limited parking area, I'd love it very much.
You hardly find a place to park your car.

Cannot help to give 2 star, more cons than pros. The hospital is with International standard but super limited parking access (parallel parking is in every corner, even parking site for Emergency ambulance is use for normal car), lift for visitor that went up and down full with boxes of goods. The doctors always come late (you could spend hours in waiting room) and in some places look very miserable, people sat and sleep on floor (there is chairs and sofa but cannot faciliate all the visitors). The other reviews also decribe it very well.
The pros are that the staff is helpful and friendly, the hospital located in the center (but traffic also bad at certain time), the doctors are excellent.

Good service from the doctor,nurse u0026staff, but still we can find this kind of moron who smoke in the parking lot while complaining about how bad bpjs service is, unbelieavable

My dad stayed at 8th floor. Security on duty was so inconsistent.
One day I can see 5-8 visitor waiting in front of the patient's room waiting to get in to the room to visit patient. seems the patient is a high rank person as the visitors came from a government organisation. One day we can have 5 people in the room, but the other days strictly only 2 person (patient and another to accompany the patient). Very inconsistent.
Only one people can accompany the patient. This is very hard if the patient has to be accompanied all the time and one accompanying is an elder person with limitation to move around to go down to get medicine or buy food or to do payment. I think the hospital should give some flexibility on these cases.
Taking the lift was frustrating, especially during busy times. The hospital needs to add extra lifts.
Overall the nurses and doctors were nice. We are pleased with Dr. Nenny's service.Very relaxed Doctor but provided us clear information on what options are available for my Dad's treatment.

Long wait, boring experience, because of very slow service...and small parking lot.

Prepare to waste a lot of time here, to take care of everything...every service speed very slow here. Money is relative, but time is absolutely slow here.

When I first came here and was told to wait at IGD Room, the nurses neglected me for over an hour...although I keep asking several times when they will bring me go to my room. After 4 time asking, finally they bring me up to my room, why I have to ask them until 4 times just to enter my room?

The next day I called nurses to have my breakfast, and I waited for more than 1 hour to get it done...I don't know why everything so slow here.

And then The Endoscopy Machine broken just when I was about to enter the operation room...just my luck. I have to go back here again when they already purchased and installed a new Endoscopy Machine. I really hesitated to come here again.

Doctors are great but the front office is very rude and play gaming during work. I think the supervisor should put cctv on the front office. Probably he was rude because I interupted his mobile gaming.

User flow is a bit unclear, but the staff was really helpful. Went into doctor examination in just below 15 minutes! There was some waiting time for bill processing and medicine disbursement, but it's rather short, and on most part it's clearly informed through an interactive display.
