Doctors in Elizabeth building (gyn, child and skin) are nice so far, they know how to treat patients a.k.a customers, one even gave her contact. Which very convenient when you need immediate consultation before going to hospital

However in Yosef, omg, doctors are somehow brutal. Regardless of their seniority, professionalism is essential and one of it is communication and attitude

Not to mention that some doctors that supposed to standby are home early, for example, my experience is when a doctor is supposed to standby from (let’s say) 4 to 6pm, the administrator called at 4.30 when I was driving and the doctor already left when I arrived ????

I personally prefer Jakarta hospitals like Siloam Semanggi, that has professional doctors with great service, great hypothesis and caring (they seems curious, caring and exploring the root cause, validating every possible hypothesis. Not only saying “life is in the hand of ..”. Which is true, but come on, we talk science here)

Infrastructure in Indonesia is great nowadays, good doctors are everywhere, insurances are better. So don’t limit yourself, go somewhere, find the right one for you

Very good services for One Day Surgery (ODS) on 3rd floor. Still lacking because we have to go back to the 1st floor IGD to arrange of administration manually.

Staff doesn’t have any idea how to handle patients. Suggest management to have some experience staff who are more active. Very disappointed the service standards

I would say not the the best but good hospital in bandung area.having group of good consultants.Very expensive than expected .(amounts are higher than singapore hospitals)very slow in diagnosing and having lengthy process in document filling every time.nursers are relatively good in servicing and doctors also reachable.overall 6/10

Be more assertive when you have to queue here, no queue ticket like many of the facility here. Generally the support and help is quite good, but when you're HERE (Room 2 - USG - refer to the photo) you may need to be aware of the situation. Got here a lot earlier for a treatment (as instructed) - yet had to wait more than 2 hours. Unclear queue, just told to wait while the patient is having problem breathing. That sucks.
