Very clean and Luxury design with calm lighting... ????... they also provide comfortable sofa with TV On for family whom waiting for the patient. They also have huge playground for kids. I love their wallpaper in pediatric station and mural in parking area with zoo and under sea theme ????. So colourful and eye catching. There are 2 level of basement parking area, both for car and motorcycle.
Their nurse and security officer are friendly and fast in service.????

The service is good.. the nurse is well educated
But the price is relative high compare to the other hospital

Nice hospital, clean and neat. When you enter the entrance it's look like in a hotel. Near the main road, easy to find

The administration is too long, the customer need to go back and forth just to pay the medicine bill. My sister was got infusion, but the staff is too slow, until the infuse only a drop left (her blood almost go up to the infuse bag) even my mom already go back and forth just to call the nurse to change the infuse bag. Poor staff and management. Slow in everything, not suitable for urgent matters. The only positive thing is the hospital is clean enough.

Modern Hospital. It is clean and the service from Helpdesk and Registration is exelent. Only the registration time is not good. Only from 7 until 9 PM. If the Doc 3PM there, is no registration in afternoon.

literally felt like i was gonna die my head hurt and it felt like it was gonna explode. i also had high fever and i needed help but the nurses ignored me ??? worst hospital ever.
