Sekitar 2 bulan lalu pertama kalinya dtg RS ini utk periksa kandungan, awalnya di RS lain tp karena satu dan lain hal akhirnya pindah dan coba dtg ke sini karena 'islami' dan memang ada bbrp kenalan yg kerja dan pernah ke rs ibi jg, tp pertama kali kesana saya lgsg dpt kesan yg cukup buruk utk pelayanannya. Saya daftar utk periksa kandungan via online, pas dtg dpt no antrian kemudian naik ke tempat periksa kandungan, ada perawat yg jaga dan ibu hamil diperiksa tensi, bb, dll lalu disuruh tunggu, sampe situ proses lancar.
Waktu tunggu ternyata dokternya lama sekali, benar2 lama, saya menunggu kayanya 4 jam, ternyata setelah ditanya ke perawat yg jaga di tempat pendaftaran (tempat periksa tensi tadi) katanya dokter ada tindakan jd mau gak mau emg harus tunggu sampai tindakan selesai, saya maklum dgn itu, tp yg saya sayangkan adalah pelayanan perawat yang TIDAK profesional. Harusnya perawat memberi info pada seluruh pasien yg sedang menunggu kalau dokter sedang ada tindakan dan harus menunggu, jgn nunggu pasien nanya dulu, saya sebagai pasien baru tidak tau kondisi biasanya spt apa, saya kira dokter sudah dtg dan saya menunggu lama sekali, saat itu jam makan siang, saya juga kelaparan, tapi saya takut membeli makan karena takut antrian terlewat, pdhl kalau tau dokter blm dtg saya akan menyempatkan beli makan lbh dulu.
Lalu yang keDUA, di situ kondisi PANAS sekali, karena ruang tunggu itu di lantai dua dan langsung ada kaca besar dan kondisi siang hari, ditambah ibu hamil pasti mudah kepanasan, dan saya cek ada satu kipas angin namun tidak dinyalakan, yasudah saya maklum, mungkin rusak, pikir saya, tapi yg bikin KESAL adalah ketika saya lihat ternyata ada lg satu kipas angin di tempat jaga perawat dan kipas anginnya dinyalakan, yg bikin KESAL adalah, kipas angin hanya diarahkan ke tmpt para perawat duduk saja, padahal ini pasien ibu hamil byk sekali dan kepanasan tapi para PERAWAT yg harusnya empati pada pasien malah EGOIS pake kipas angin sendiri, padahal kan mereka juga dgn menyalakan kipas artinya mereka sadar kondisi panas sekali saat itu, tapi egois sekali kipas angin hanya diarahkan ke arah mereka saja pdhl itu jenis kipas angin yang bisa diatur agar bisa memutar segala arah, paling tidak tempat ibu hamil menunggu pun kebagian angin walau sedikit, atau jika kipas angin satunya tadi nyala harusnya perawat inisiatif utk menyalakan, jgn nunggu pasien minta dinyalakan. PERAWAT sangat TIDAK BEREMPATI. mereka nyaman saja duduk pakai kipas angin sementara para ibu hamil kepanasan ditambah menunggu dokter berjam berjam dan tidak diberi info apa2. SUDAH NUNGGU LAMA KEPANASAN PULA. Awalnya saya biasa aja karena emang tipe yg cuek, yg kesal justru suami saya saat itu, lalu ketika dipikir2 benar ya, kesal juga.
Yang BAGUS itu pelayanan dari PETUGAS FARMASI nya dimana saat saya kasih resep obat mereka kasih info dulu ttg obat dan harganya jadi gak asal main bungkus obat dan suruh bayar saja. Itu bagus sekali karena kadang beberapa obat bisa kita beli di luar dan juga ada yg cukup mahal, dgn diberi info kita jadi bisa pertimbangkan apakah akan ditebus saat itu atau nanti saja.
Sekian, intinya PERAWAT harus lebih empati. Ohiya satu lagi, saran saya coba modal sedikit saja utk beli AMPLOP utk wadah foto hasil usg, cuma di rumah sakit ini saja hasil usg hanya diberikan begitu saja tanpa amplop, di tempat lain yg pernah saya kunjungi paling tidak hasil usg dimasukan ke dalam amplop agar tidak kotor. Selama disana pun saya tidak pernah usg, untuk cek air ketuban dan kondisi bayi mereka hanya menggunakan kertas lakmus dan alat cek detak jantung saja. Sampai akhirnya detak jantung anak saya lemah dan saya sudah tidak kuat menahan rasa sakit yg amat sangat sakit luar biasa akhirnya saya dirujuk ke rs al islam soetta untuk tindakan caesar. Tp ternyata anak saya tidak terselamatkan, dalam perjalanan detak jantung anak saya sudah tidak ada dan saat sampai rs al islam soetta anak saya dinyatakan meninggal. Kesini buat mcu (darah, urin, rontgen, ekg) karena pengen deket. Gaada antrian sama sekali jd super cepet hasil pun cepet ga lebih dr 3 jam, bahkan langsung keluar hasil.
