The place is clean, homey, the service is excellent. I think it's the place to be if you're with your family. It feels like you're staying at your grandparents' place.

They have the common area and it's spacious and nice. People can smoke, eat, and hangout there.

I think it's cozy place to stay at the weekend or business trip , but the location is not quite strategic, so if you want to go to the city youneed a personal transportation or you can order online transport but need clear explanation to the driver

Guest house inside of a housing compound. Calm and quiet environment, limited number of rooms.
Friendly and helpful staffs, cleanliness need to be improved, food wise it's limited but their sop buntut is yummy (thumbs up).
Most pleasant discovery for me is their small collection of old magazines.

The place is very quiet and comfy. A bit far from the main street but that's okay for me coz we bring our own vehicle. Recommended for those who want to stay in a homy place with highly standard equipment. The food is not amazing but quite tasty, compare to the price of the room. I spent two nights here because I like their service and price ???? the wi-fi is good and the ambience is lovely

Value for money. The room should be up graded. A bit far from the city crowds. Suitable for people who seek calmness. Breakfast ok but less option. I like the mini cafe (kedai) with tasty oxtail soup.

Cozy open place, fresh and green, high class neighborhood, good simple breakfast, best service. Room is clean but always don't forget to open windows because of its high humidity in the area. Room's utensils such as towels, plastic bath room separator, TV looked old ..need to be refrshed..but it is still ok with the price.

I order double delux, but when i come the hotel give us twin delux. Fan on the bathroom cannot start. Some lamp for bedtime not working. extra bed not comfortable
