Room is okay, housekeeping answered promptly, lunch and dinner can buy at food court nearby.

If you're the type of guy who's light sleeper / sensitive to noise, consider heavily before sleeping a night here. The AC in the room I was on is very noisy and I had to turn it off and on every few hours because of the noisy and the air was getting a bit warmer (it was a room on 7th floor). Second, the hotel's location in the side of the road means noisy-modified motorcycles passing by will be heard in your room and it's gonna be very annoying especially at night when you need to rest. Overall they need to fix or add location markers better since finding the lobby and lift lobby from parking areas can be a bit unclear. The room I was on is also a bit smelly, but still very much tolerable.

I got 250K at Friday night. No discount due to weekend according to the receptionist. (-) No mineral water inside the room, 1 piece of damp and unpleasant smelly towel. The night shift receptionist didn't wear masker when handling me upon check out. The lift has no palm censor.
(+) the health protocol standing banner was nice.

Went there for my girlfriends 50th birthday. The location of the hotel is great for touring the city. The rooms were some of the best we have ever had. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. I am impressed with the staffs services. A true recommendation for visitors of Bandung.
