Don't get tricked by the opaque banner in front of the restaurant because it is actually very well maintained. I am happy during my visit (around 7 PM) because the waitress is responsive and quite friendly. At first I thought the place is not ready for dine in but turns out I came too early I was the only guest.

A friend of mine who live in Bandung said this is her family favorite restaurant and indeed I agree with her. The "nasi tutug" is tasty and the lemongrass tea is satisfying.

I enjoy the vibe of the restaurant and since it is located near some capsule hotel, it is nice to also drop a visit to this old-but-gold restaurant.

old time favorite if you want to eat a good local food selection in bandung and dutch style. they serve a very good nasi tutug tuna! (you must try)

open frome early 6am to 10pm, this place is always pakced. Price is affordable and place is very comfortable, feels like visiting your grandma's house

Food and drinks were good and inexpensive. Minus one star because the service need to be improved.

Staff were friendly but need to be more attentive, and maybe avoid using sticky substance on floor and tables.

Please improve, there are only few restaurants providing Dutch influenced food left.

One of Bandung's classics--oldies but goodies--you can tell from the decor.

Rijsttafel offers Dutch colonial fusion cuisines, a nice alternative since it is quite rare but at the same time Bandung has some of the best place, including Rijsttafel Resto.

This place is perfect for breakfast, a nice cullinary treat to start your day.

The place had old style interior with no aircon installed. Luckily the weather was nice when I visited. Tried ayam bekakak but it's not to my liking. Also tried gado-gado and it's just so-so. Tried nasi liwet and it's okay for me. Also tried chicken satay and it's actually nice. Also ordered bitterballen and croquette but since it's small and too few, it's gone in a flash because that's the best of all menus that I tried.

I don't know whether to recommend this place for a hangout place or for proper lunch. I think none of both. But the snacks were really nice though.

i came here around 10a.m for brunch. i tried spaghetti tuna pedas and coffee latte. spaghetti is good, not too spicy so i can enjoy it. but it's a little bit salty. for coffee latte, the latte is not sweet at all, so you can adjust by yourself. for the place, it's vintage, legend, and very bandung actually. for social distancing, ya they implement it. but for me, there's a little bit annoying. for a long long long table, they only add 4 chairs. we don't even know how to talk to each other, because we have to yell to each other. i think 6 chairs okay. for the service, i don't know why, but the staff looks like confused when we asked about the menu. when we asked "any option for tea?", he confused and answered it doubtfully, oh hmm, it's sold out.

Enjoyed eating traditional Indonesian food here. The chilli sauce was tasty and the staff were very friendly and helped with recommendations.
