Pink lava beverage is good choice also.

Clean toilet area, dining room has AC and smoking separately.

Parking area for cars and motorcycles are available.

Spacy enough. And like most (or all) Richeese Factory, they provide each person with electric socket so you can spend times doing works with your laptop or maybe charging up your phone.

Downside: the neighbors is kinda too loud. You may lost focus unless you use your headphone.
