Bad service, bad room and bad lady staff.
I dont like the room and hotel area cause poor lighting. Bedsheet and pillow is so bad

the room is very spacious, for the discounted price I got it was quite satisfying to stay 2 nights even though the mattress was not comfortable and some of the furniture was old but okay. suggestions to replace or wash the pillowcases so they are clean

The point plus of this hostel is spacious and the towel laundried well. But just that. It wasn’t any facilities support. There’s deposit 50k. The cups were dirty, maybe it wasn’t washed. No water heater for hot water. No tv channel. No wi fi. AC auto turn off, althought i turn off the timer. The air smelly. The bedsheet n pillow dirty, also the bathroom smelly n dirty. When i complaint about the pillow case n wanna change it, the women receptionist not help, she told for changing pillow or any other not available, but if you really want, it’s available next morning, early in the morning. Hell...ooh...prefer i check out n change the hotel.

Terrible service. The front desk is a lady that has little to no customers service. Playing games on her phone while I tried to check in.

Our booking said we could check in at 12pm she said until 2pm.

Didn't want to give a refund.

Don't come to this place. You will be disappointed

Booked a room for 99k IDR. I got superior room, which has 1 guest room, bedroom and bathroom. The hot water was run out at night, so i had to choose to get ice cold water or cold water(which is supposed to be hot). The rooms looks clean, the AC worked fine, the TV connection was clear and i got a bathtub in the bathroom. They provided 2 bottles of water and a standard amenities.
It would be great if they replace the linen and the pillow with a new one. Maybe it was clean, but the color was not as white clean as we see it the website. So i decided to sleep on the blanket.

1 stars for polite receptionist and fast and good services.

The bad things:
1) No ironing (wrinkle clothes)
2) no wardrobe and clothes hanger
3) slow water and hot water is rare
4) no extension plug, only 2 pins, plus u only get 2 sockets.
5) MY toilet cant flush, nuff said
6) sink leakage and smelly bathroom
7) dirty linen, bed.

This is my first day experience. Yes they can help u fix them if u ask and complain. But it ruin my first night, so.....

Cozy place with affordable price, good hospitality, nice facilities, clean and comfy. Not to mention that there's a holycow steak restaurant right in front of your room.
There's a massaging chair as well.
Spacy parking lot, and nice security staff.
