Good location. Big and good bedroom, good shower and amenities. Delicious breakfast but little bit slow for services, slow on cleaning up the table and serving a drink. Good swimming pool but no hot shower in bathroom in the pool area.

Wide breakfast buffet spread. Choice of western and local. Friendly and efficient staff that assists with handling the food to maintain hygiene.

The new hotel in down town Bandung. This hotel situated near the famous landmark “Gedung Sate”.

This hotel got a big basement parking space and food hall area.

Interior using high quality material with monochromatic colors which make the place more mature and it will impress the guests.

Check in at the 16th floor and not so long we got all the keys cause we book 4 rooms. Breakfast actually served at this level but in the Covid situation they only got several chef that mainly work at the main breakfast area on the lobby level

Room is really clean and tidy, we also got a big basket of imported and local fruits, 2 plates of small bites, one local delicates and the other one is french style bites. Love it.

This is PULLMAN so all the amenities is provided till the small things.

Aircon is really cool and blows gently. The bed is so comfy.

Fitness center size is ok with a good cardio equipments. The only down size is the pool. So small and shared between IBIS Hotel guests.

We don’t have the time to try their fanous MAD COW Steak House cause they only open from Friday till Sunday. Rooftop bar is also not finish yet

staff service excellent, bed room kind of small size for 5 star hotel. the food is good,except all the beef was hard to be chewed during december 2021

The view is great, I recommend to take the room with balcony so you can have more great view. The services from hotel's crew is amazing. They show you great hospitality. Good food, good interior, aesthetic. Ofc it's what you get from a 5star hotel with 1.8million/night rate.
