What can I say. We were a bit scared first because of some reviews but once we arrived we absolutely fell in love with the guest house and mainly with the staff. First - the room. It was pretty spacious, the bed comfortable, the fan helpful, television with only local programs- but if that is a problem for you then why you travel, ey? Bathroom really big and nice, no bad side.
Second - the location. We were basically just walking everywhere because the location is absolutely fantastic. You have a bunch of cool stuff just few minutes from your doorstep. Plus it is really quiet location (except the prayers, but that's everywhere through Indonesia so nothing to do with this place).
Third - the staff. Man we fell in love with these guys. We took a tour to the south with them and it was really fun and the price great in comparison to other guides or so. We even went for a beer together and that was truly the best thing about our stay in Bandung. You have a great chance to chat with these cool and honest guys, exchange some culture informations, experiences, basically anything.

This is absolute 11/10 recommend no questions asked. Much love for you, guys!

The staff at the guesthouse was super nice and helped us much, which we appreciated a lot! The room was spacious and it had free WiFi. The breakfast was for free, really nothing special, but you‘ll find plenty of options right at your doorstep. I would come again any time.

Location strategies, near Cihampelas and ITB. The place to the location is uphill and downhill. Quiet environment. Friendly receptionist. Check-in is a bit long because the receptionist is confused about the booking list. There is free breakfast (bread), mineral water, coffee, and tea which are all self-service. The lighting is rather dim, so it's a bit scary. There is warm water and TV. The room is spacious enough for 2 people.

Uncomfortable points: Rooms smell like cigarettes. The bathroom isn't too clean, and it's quite difficult to turn on the shower. There are no amenities for taking a bath. Although the room is for 2 people, the towels are only 1. The bed sheets are black so they don't show stains. There is a tiny cockroach on the mattress. Broken exhaust.

Love this place and the host/employees. Worth staying in a place where you feel like at home. Tio.. The young man who is still available to any gals out there is a genuine person who is very friendly. Overall I am very happy and would definitely stay here again in future... Cheers

I had 5 day reservation but I bailed and left after one day. I had non A/C room up two flights of stairs. Situated between two or three mosques at bottom of narrow valley. Noisiest hotel room on Java.
They did give refund which is great.

Had an awesome stay with Budi. The hotel is close to many things and in a great location and over all a great value. The lounge area is great and the wifi is fast. If I'm back in Bandung again, I'll be staying here.
