The rooms are big and airy, well appointed. The bathroom is big and complete with everything you need, I especially like the toiletries from Sensatia, very good quality. The breakfast is just top notch, with many choices and they taste good. The check in time was fast, the staffs are courteous and helpful. The hotel have many facilities, especially for entertaining young guest. The swimming pool is heated (thank God!), and they have a jacuzzi with 40C water... very nice. They have spa and fitness center as well. Overall, recommended!

My most fave hotel in Bandung. I stayed here three times already, once for holiday and twice for work -- that feels like holiday because of the warmth and serene vibe of this place. Really appreciate the detail and genuine service from the staffs. The facilities are top notch too! Very worth the price, tbh. Keep it up!

This hotel has so comfortable and many facilities, so if you stay at this hotel for 2 nights, you will spend your time here. No need to go outside. Many things to do here : gym, swimming pool, table tennis, billiard, trekking, archery, basket ball, flying fox, fishing, and so on. You will get free for breakfast and afternoon tea every day. The view from the room are beautiful, especially for the hillside view. Very recommended to stay here.

One of the best in Bandung. Customer service, amenities, rooms are great. Very meticulously planned resort. Brilliant staff. Just a suggestion though on food.. They should have more vegetarian/vegan food options. Otherwise its a good stay.

Always enjoy the view from restaurant down to the valley, not to mention the nice staffs, confy room, good service and delicious breakfast.
Kids activities in the hotel is on the top notch compared to other 5* hotels we've ever been. Padma look after the activities in professional manner. They put adequate number and well trained staff, maintained the environment and equipment.. bow down for the effort!

The journey starts when we do check in. As our car arrived in the lobby, security guards and concierge greeted warmly. Check in process was seamless. Within minutes, we are escorted into our rooms. After that, we enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea. Resting inside our bedrooms were easy. The next morning we had breakfast on the lobby floor. Guest relation, Regina, was in charge of making sure all guests are having their best time during their stay with a few survey questions during breakfast. Various children activities are available throughout day time. Thank you so much for the attitude and hospitality during our stay. Keep it up!

Nice hotel with nice view.far from the busy city central, which is nice for us who likes the peace and calm environment.nice location with cute cozy cafes in its surrounding.They have shuttle to pick you up at train station/airport.
Pool water is warm, friendly for kids
Staff is friendly n helpful
Room is clean with nice view( forest)
Breakfast is delicious, with many choices.have tasty traditional food too????
They have outdoor play for kids, and whole experience is kids friendly!
Price: a bit expensive in the weekend but i think this hotel has many qualities to offer for such price

Negative: a bit difficult for you to get online taxi due to its location
At saturday night the hotel has music activity and it is very loud.you could still hear it although your room is far away
Not very strict covid19 protocol at breakfast due to guest overload
But overall it is very comfy hotel.would like to go there again for another vacation!
