The hotel vibes is like boutique hotel on the outside but when I check in, the receptionist wasn’t stand by after I call for 3 times.

I order deluxe room, and the room seems not been cleaned yet. There’s hair in the sink, the shower isn’t proper for the water temperature, and the glass isn’t look clean.

Otherwise, the bed is nice to sleep and the AC is nice, even it’s already old. For the price, I got Agoda promotion, around 300K per night.

If you looking for just shower and bed, this can be an option. But for staycation, I’m not recommend this.

To me, it's an elegant hotel since the rooms beautified with many classic paintings. I tasted some delicious food and felt comfy with the clean and good facilities. Not so far from tourist objects, around 300 meters from main road made a calm atmosphere here although I didn't found any beautiful view from my windows. The room was not perfectly sound proof, I heard some people talking outside even in the next door. But it's okay, acceptable with the price. I enjoyed it.

It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. My husband and i enjoyed it so much, stay in this hotel. It's really suitable for those who seek quiet and relaxing place. The foods are simple and good and the hotel staffs are very nice. Love the room and its interior. It's located near to the toll way, culinary place, shopping mall, and clothing distro. But in housing area. So, not too noisy.
If i have a plan to go back to Bandung, i will stay in this hotel again.

Quite and comfortable despite location near the city center. The room is decent but neat and tidy and we also get free minibar. The staff also nice and responsive. There is also a little playground for children. Modest selection of breakfast. The price also quite reasonable. A little cons is they doesn't serve food all time but there are a lot restaurant or food stall near the hotel so it's not a big problem.

Excellent staff and hotel. We had a pleasant stay. Kids play area was available. Excellent longue at the reception. Good room service. Buffet breakfast had vegetarian items. If food was provided for dinner, it would have been awesome and i would have rated 5.

room and food is excellent but can't say the same about the service. here are my complains during my stay here.
1) they said they sent our breakfast to our room because they said temporarily no breakfast served in diningroom. but when they sent my english breakfast they forgot to include sausage.
2) my friend sent me package via gojek and it's arrived at front desk at around 6.30 pm. the receptionist never inform us so we thought it hasn't arrived. when we called front desk at 8.15pm because we wonder what happened, they said they keep it at front desk because "they thought we're not in a room"
3) on our 2nd day they have breakfast served in the diningroom BUT NEVER CALL UP TO OUR ROOM TO INFORM US. (no breakfast in diningroom yesterday so they should inform us if today is different)
4) WIFI connection on 2nd floor is VERY BAD
so yes, some services here are quite a disappointment. room, food, cleanliness, and else are excellent.
