this place is almost always clean. the environment is great and there are so many working place here. there are also so many food stall inside and outside of this building. the only small downside is the parking space, for motorcycle the drivers have to travel around this building to enter the motorcycle parking space and it takes time

Located in the mid town, this place is great for work. There's co-working space inside where people can pay daily for work. A mosque set in the basement is big enough and is able to accomodate more than 100 people.

Too small for ballroom, and the access to lift (escalator) is just quite hard to be found. The catering area on ground floor near car parking exit access is so not OK and it's hygienically questioned. Better find another place for event organizing

This building offer its ballroom for rent. The price is negotiable, but doesn't mean it's cheap. The ballroom itself has a nice lobby, good decorations. Can be better if the place has something unique.

A place with some facilities like post office, starbucks, padang restaurant, philately corner, travel agent, minimarket, bank, mosque, parking area, atm, skincare, bakery, ballroom, etc. There's 6 elevators, 2 near starbucks and 4 near minimarket (under construction). I think this place will be better if they add more facilities like foodcourt, pharmacy, or budget hostel.

Great place with amazing foods!
