We stayed at Suites unit. It's spacious, besides king size bed, it has a sofa and bean bags. The industrial style interior is beautifully done. Hot water pressure is good. The location is fantastic. The parking is problematic but the hotel offers valet parking for guests convenient.

I've stayed one night at this hotel, the atmosphere is really nice. The rooms are clean, well designed and efficient. With a fairly economical price, Moxy has really become a favorite hotel to spend the night in Bandung. But it's really very unfortunate, the marketing that served our reservation seemed less friendly and less helpful. That's why I only give 4 stars for this hotel. Is there any SOP for answering chats and serving customers? made me think again to stay here again ????????????☹️☹️☹️

Moxy Bandung felt like home! We extended and extended our stay because the staff made us not want to leave. They are AMAZING!!! Tresna helped us with everything and knew what we wanted or needed even before we did. That man is an angel. Same goes for Willy from the bar. Sweet and funny guy who runs that rooftop bar awesomely!

Oh and the hotel itself is great too: location is really good, the rooftop bar was such a nice place for drinks and the rooms are comfy! We loved the game area downstairs and being able to grab a coffee or tea anytime of day. Breakfast was really good too.

If you're looking for a hotel in Bandung you can't do better than Moxy.

Great hotel!
Uniq design for the room and the restaurants.
They also have good taste food.
The manager and employees are very friendly.

One thing they must improve is, they doesn't have big space for car parking.
Soo hmmmm, its a little difficult to park here.

But overall is good

A three star just like the hotel.

Nice location. Close to many popular cafe / resto in the city. Looks “edgy” but on a small budget. Friendly staff. Just enough amenities u0026 facility.

Proper size for two people max. Good KingKoil bed. Nice personal touch for Elite member.

But other than that:
- Noisy during the night. Can hear motorcycle even on the highest (9th) floor. Sleep deprived afterwards.
- Guest are not mandated to use mask indoor, in the midst of pandemic. I don’t feel safe here. Saw 1-2 staff not wearing mask properly too.
- Parking space too small and at times smells like rotten garbage all the time

But again. A three star. Even though its a Marriott Bonvoy establishment, but don’t expect too much.

The rooftop is so so, the food is so so, no wines and spirits cos the barmen told us it was brought to sheraton to serve all the GM all over indonesia there tonite, and the last joke is when the other waiter came to our table and said : 'dibantu paymentnya kak, soalnya kita mo closing'... rather than asking our dining experience or says 'permisi kak, ada yang kami bisa bantu lagi untuk pemesanan makanan atau minumannya? Sesaat lagi kami akan closing dan last order bisa kakak pesan sekarang' ... well, we didn't expect such bad experience here whatsoever, but this lousy kind of service made our visit as our first and the last, The The Rooftop staffs (or casuals/trainees?) surely needs to have a better personalized service, which most likely they didn't get it from the GM, HRM, and FBM. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.

We also send the pic of one of the quesadilla's chilli sauce : kalo udah basi jangan diserve please...
