Recommended place to stay in Bandung.
Cool place for hang around, family friendly, quick service from the staff and good vibes.
There’s a swimming pool behind the restaurant.
Crowded during weekend and holidays.
Their room is clean and tidy.
Comfy bed.

All is good but I expected the room could be bit bigger. Else, normally we can find double pillow (big and small) for each guess but it was only one pair of pillow. We got only one key and it was difficult to leave my family in the room but later we able to get another key. Parking area is quite small too, be prepared if you want to stay during peak season.

Nice hotel with the most friendly staff. The room is facing the Mount of Papadayan—-such a breathtaking view when you wake up .. The cleanliness is amazing. The location is very strategic… I have always stayed at the hotel whenever time permits me to come to Bandung

We stayed twice on June also July. There is no recognition thought “welcome back” will be nice but no.
Location good, room standard, buffet breakfast also standard.
Reception is okay nothing makes the stay special. Just a standard hotel for sleep

I have been several times stayed here, the room is good, hot shower not bad, the bed is comfy and plush, breakfast is nice too. So far for business trip, you should try staying here.

Not my 1st time staying at this hotel, why? Because the services, room, bed, and breakfast were great!

This visit I got nice bedroom's view, mountain. The FDA upgraded my room cause there was wrong reservation caused by OTA. For the FDA guy when I checked in on Monday, 25 July 2022 around 9/10 pm, thank you. Really appreciated.

I also got warm welcome from pak Aep A. (the room attendant) on Tuesday, 26 July 2022. I had long day visiting family and the traffic was not really nice yesterday, I got into my room and found nice animal-towel and a note wrote by pak Aep A. This small yet warm touch really made my day and I was slept like a baby.

Thanks for the great services and accomodation, Mercure Nexa Supratman. I am definitely come back for my next visit! Keep up the good work!

The room is clean and cozy. All The staff are polite and feel welcomed. Breakfast is not bad in taste. Nice to stay in this hotel.
