Yesterday, Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the evening went here. The customers service were so nice, showed me how to use the new cool machine to order food. All was fine u0026 great until ruined by not sure who...was wearing kind of police uniform maybe the satpam/ security who suddenly scold me rudely u0026 interrogate why I was taking pictures there. There are not seen written rule that eyes catching on the wall to inform that. Also it's a weird rule because nowadays a lot of us using Instagram to show our experience in culliner. I'm so amazed by the new technology in Mc Donald in BIP, Merdeka Bandung, because I've never seen it before in Mc D in Setiabudi or IP, where are my favorite place to hangout. So that's why I took the picture. So yesterday was a nightmare experience to visit here, where security treated me u0026 my friends as if beggars who ate there, while in fact we paid to eat there.
Thank God, there are others Mc D branches who still respect their customers so we don't need to come to Mc D BIP, talking about how they don't know to make a good business nowadays. Solution, we just went away with our food u0026 coffee asap. ????What a disrespectful thing to do to ruin the day of the customers coz 1 of employee there was so unprofessional.

We went to BIP McD around 7 pm. It was really quiet and only few people dining in. Before I placed an order, I asked to the cashier if it's allowed yet to have dine in and she said yes but only 30 minutes. McD now has self-service for placing an order and the customers can pay it on the machine or go directly to the cashier. They informed us politely that we only allowed to dine in for 30 minutes by writing down the time we got our order and the limit time. They were very friendly and helpful as this was my first time eating out after months staying at home and not familiae yet with the new protocols.

Their building's structure is pretty unique. It looks and tastes like other McDonald's. But i don't see any self-service kiosk. That makes the queue so long.

Not much change in the position of the chair, but since pandemic, the order system more high-tech than before. So we order by touch the LCD, and we just move to the queueing up in the line.

McD Bandung Indah Plaza. Always crowded but comfy place to hanging out with friends. There are so many chairs and table, so don't worry to visit this place with your friends. There is also little play ground at the corner for children.

The first McDonald's in bandung, this was my wonderland during my childhood era. The first fast food chain in bandung that has a playground for kids. I try their annual special new year menu. This time it was mushroom cheese steak burger. I thought this one was a failure. Feels like a mushroomswiss burgerking knock off. Too much onion than mushroom. Such a disgrace menu from McDonald's indonesia. I prefer last year new year menu though. I hope McDonald's indonesia doesn't make mistake like this next year.

Although I have had a few experiences where the service/food didn't turn out so great, but just at any company your experiences aren't always going to be 100% great. Other than those this is one of my favorite go-to places to eat fast food. Cheeseburger is my favourite Burger in this place
