Very kind and helpfull staffs. I eat spicy chicken, very recomended. My youngest daughter choose cheese burger, she ate it in a flash. Really love it!

Well just like any other McDonald's as usual. Tastes the same.

Ordered beef prosperity, the sauce is just the right amount, and the wedges is just fried so it is still steaming hot. Service was good here. They keep up the standards pretty well.

Came here late evening, there are many online ojek driver ordering.

The place is quite small for a McDonald's, parking is only for motorcycles, car parking is in a nearby business area. Maybe that's why people prefer to order it online. The road in front is also very congestion during the day.

Just another ordinary McDonals in town. The special thing came out as I came here for breakfast, and find that their new menu, Nasi Uduk Komplit was surprisingly damn-delicious! Definitely must try. Food (9/10). Ambience (8/10). Service (8/10). Price (7/10).

The order time for dine in is super long. You need to wait almost 40 minutes just only to get fries, then I did asked to take away then within 5 minutes it's done. Such a non sense.
I talked to my grab driver and he told me that this restaurant is well known as that way. So better to upgrade the service knowing you have lot of staff down there.

I am impressed by the health protocols they do, moreover compared to the competitors nearby, hand sanitizer and body temp checking at the entrance, as well mask and face shield on every workers. Plus the seats for online drivers which are set with adequate distance.

Oh, 1 more good thing I appreciate, they dont give any plastic bag.. which are still unusual here.. I hope more and more people can go along and bring their own shopping bag anywhere instead of grumbling about this.

Although I have had a few experiences where the service/food didn't turn out so great, but just at any company your experiences aren't always going to be 100% great. Other than those this is one of my favorite go-to places to eat fast food.

McDonalds outlet at Kopo, Bandung. Just same as the other McD's outlet, nothing really different.
