As always, food is delicious. Because of pandemic situation, drinks, soy sauce and chilies that we usually take ourselves are now being served by the waiters.

Good taste japan resto..ramen, udon varian with spicy level in some menu..have fried beef crocket, prawn tempura, seaweed fry, meat balls, good ocha n lemon tea with free refill..always full in lunch n break time, bt qll serve in good n fast ????????????????????????

No more marugame. The queeuin system is very awful. My daughters has already in the line to take and choose the food provided. But i can not have any seat to sit. The waitress ask me to be also in the line. While i see others can have seats even their families are also still choosing the food. Very bad experience.

Famous Japanese restaurant in town. They have many branches around Indonesia. The taste was good. They served really nice udon, chicken curry udon is one of my favourite. You can refill the drink freely.

Comfort food, spacious, same like other branches. Love it. Packed during lunch time on the weekend

I LOVE IT EVERYWHERE. Large place pf marugeme udon. Have no doubt about the taste. Always love it. Cozy place.

Queue are too long, not social distancing. We should wait about 10 minutes or more from first in to get the bill. They're not cleaning the table regulary while there is so many customer waiting for the staff to clean, we should clean the mess by ourself. Thats not worth with the price. Many free menu are empty and should wait for a while until get the free menu's refilled (include the drinks). Inside resto are too crowd for dine in. Not very comfy to dine in. They should add more drinks menu
