I have ordered from the apps for 1 bedroom with king size of bed. When I arrived, they arranged me with twin beds.

Before that, i ordered twin beds and then they gave me king bed.

It seems, when they were not follow the ordered that had been paid before.

They inform me that it was what they have instructed. Which it was not my problems. Since i ordered the king size bed.

It was their issues within not the customer.

It is unfortunate incident. I was dissapointed, since i have stayed in this hotel many times.

After all the arguments, they finally gave the room that I paid for it.

The problem had been solved but the hassel it was unfortunate

First and last time staying here.

Pros:
Easy to find food. So many restaurants and cafe around. Room was clean. Bathroom also clean.

Cons:
Stayed in suite room for four person and each had 2 sets of pillows, one was nice and fluffy but the other one was like boxing punching bag. So hard and stiff. Breakfast was terrible.
And the worst part was the suite was on the top floor. At 3am four of us woke up and heard like someone running around above us and it happened about 30-40 minutes. In the morning we asked one of the staff whats up there and is there another room or staff room and he just grin and smile then left us.

Located quite in the middle of town

If you are looking for a clean quick stay then this hotel is quite okay

Limited space for family but clean

The Hot Shower took around 5 minutes to come out so its kinda waste of water while waitin

They do have parking space underground the Hotel

Great hotel to stay in Bandung. Located at the heart of Bandung City, easy to accessed, the hotel was clean, offers various room service, a lot of restaurants nearby, you could rent a bike to go around the city and the staffs are friendly. No pool though, but who needs a swiming pool when you could go sightseeing Bandung

Good hotel, small, more like a private hotel, good location, a quick and efficient check in/out, very clean room and surrounding, and a friendly staff. Need to improve the quality of food, especially breakfast menu. Not a good idea of serving "nasi semur" for breakfast, probably "nasi goreng" is more common. But overall, I will come and stay in the same hotel on my next visit to Bandung again.

We arrived right at the 2 p.m. check in and were stuck waiting an hour for them to finish our room. That was not nearly as big a deal as the other issues with this hotel.

The seats and the floor in the restaurant were filthy. The food had hair in it during one morning's breakfast. The food is decent, but the selection is limited at best.

The restaurant food is very reasonably priced, but many things were unavailable.

The room was terrible. The furniture was peeling and missing large sections on some items (see pictures). This was marketed as a "family suite," but the bathroom had a glass wall with a translucent effect so you could see the person as they used the bathroom. Definitely not family friendly.

The overhead shower sprayed everywhere but downward due to calcium buildup. The hot water went from scalding hot to ice cold.

The wi-fi blinked in and out, and I had to keep changing between three access points in the hotel to keep signal.

The towels were nice and new, though, so there is one positive.

I will NEVER stay here again.
