Note for whoever wants to play at night, only 3 of 14 lights are currently operated. Additional note, better to bring your own ball. ⚽ Even though it's outdoor, you won't be soaked when it rains. They're located exactly under the well-known flyover in Bandung, Pasupati (unless you can still feel the breezy wind).
