Usual shuttle bus shelter. They have decent waiting room, toilet, dispenser for water refill. But there is not much place to park your car, it will be only drop
Off points. No electricity and no wi-fi. They do have air conditioner inside so waiting is not too uncomfortable.
Thankfully they are always on time with schedule and clear announcements. Some people will help you to load your suitcase or bag to the car. Somehow the ticketing officers are not too friendly, they are straightforward and won't ask you for a chit-chat.

Jackal is my favorite shuttle for every needs. The car is always clean, on-time, spacious and very comfortable for long-distance. They have friendly staff who's always ready to help. Also they have 24h departure time. Super reliable!

I've been using this service shuttle for a year and a half, By bandung route to soekarno hatta airport, twice a month.The car so luxury with the good interior design, comfort and can relax along the trip, The drivers are friendly, service is good but they did not give us a mineral water anymore while the price has increase, just why? As a loyal customer I'm somewhat dismayed by the decline of the facility. Just a bottle of water but it'll make the passengers smile. (Oh. well. That's because I know for a fact you will provide water on every trip. But then all of a sudden I wasn't carrying any water and I happened to be very thirsty in the middle of the road. In traffic, it sucks haha)

The car pool is alright, I like the car seat management that is very comfortable and spacious. Reclining seat is very helpful. And also during my traveling experience, they often give a 15-20 minutes stop at the rest area.

I always choose Jackal Holidays if I need to travel to Jakarta. There are few experiences that I felt with this travel. Start from I missed the bus, being left in the rest area lol, and witnessing Jackal changes the facility like before they provide mineral water but now they don’t do anymore. So far, what I like from Jackal is the bus is quiet convenient, they always on time, having charging slot and the most important thing is the price is affordable. I feel safe yet satisfied as well to use Jackal Holidays. Recommended!

Useless customer service. Has been waiting for 30 mins due to delay without any certainty. I asked the guy behind the desk, and he just replied that he doesn’t know what time the revised departure time. I asked him to at least make a call to find more info but he said he cannot do anything to help me. What an unpleasant service.

To the management team, please put your customer first. Provide solution to any delay, or at least simply inform them the revised time.

Oh, and the customer service call didn’t pick up after hundreds of me trying to reach out to it.

Definitely deserves to get ONE STAR!

Customer service facilities are excellent. Receptionist all are very helpful giving necessary information with directions to our destination. They have many options. Facilities in the premises are enough. Compatable chairs, toilet facilities and many more. Restaurant just in front of it.
