Quiet and comfy place for work or just have chill time, but their wifi connection is so bad, you better have your own.

The ambience is great, but the service is a bit disappointing, there's room for improvement for hospitality.
I understand it is rush hour but hospitality is one of the reason customer wanting to come back.
The donut and coffee are amazing as always.

Toilet is located on 2nd floor, not so proper but yeah it's okay for urgency. Be careful on the stairs, it is slippery when it's raining.

Nice place for those who looking for enjoyable for doing your task, or reading etc. the wifi is fast as well. everything so good but the parking area is too small, especially for car.

nice place, good location, a bit on the smaller size compared to other j.cos, but dirty trays!! j.co, please replace the trays here with new ones!

This place located in buah batu main street. Parking area is sufficient. But, the traffic around here is horrible.
Btw, i like j.co avocado donut.
