The place is quite big, and they usually have promo that was posted in IG so you have to check it before coming.

The audio system isn't the best. Also the room isn't quite soundproof, so sometime other noises from other room will be interrupting. But, the song list is really good, because they provide a lot of old Kpop and Jpop song ????

I bought a voucher at Fave. One of the requirements to redeem the voucher is that I have to make a reservation one day prior to my arrival. However, after trying to contact customer service for days to no avail, I was changed my mind and got my voucher refunded. It's just not worth my time.

This place is located inside the Paskal Hyper Square area near the Paskal Food Market.

I went here with my community at night and booked the medium room. At first, this place seems like the other karaoke room with a typical karaoke interior design, and that's fine for me.

Inside the karaoke room, at first the AC is not that properly working, then when we started the music, the application kept bugged and didn't work well, then we wait for like 5-10 minutes for the engineers to fix it and there is no compensation for the problems.

Besides, the mic sometimes didn't work well so every time the mic was broken, we call the engineer again and again. The apps in the tv was also lame and seemed old compared to the other karaoke place.

The cost per room in here is like around 60k-80k per hour depends on the size of the room and it's still okay for 5-7 people in the room which is a normal rate for a karaoke, but looking at the facility quality i might consider again.

Overall I slightly recommend for all travelers who love karaoke to come here, but you could come here if they have upgraded / fix the equipment!

Songs list quite okay but the latest songs are not available.. rooms smells like cigarettes, so be prepared to have all your clothes and hair smell like smoke. The sounds are not excellent, but its a really good place to go crazy and shout your heart out.

We got the "sms blast" promo which say we only need to pay 1 hours but we will get 3 hours. We come and there are some Terms and Conditions. We need to buy 3 kind of Food and Beverage. We ordered tea, sausage n chicken, and fries. The food was delicious but beware of the fries, it may make your throat sore like it did to me and all my friends, our throat was sore for 3 days ! [I noticed that songs updated until last november - early december, some new song such as Empty Space by James Arthur wasn't available]
