Very nice hotel, im very satisfied and had amazing experience while staying on this hotel. personally recommended to try this one, and they have karaoke also, so if you dont know where to go, I strongly recommended u should try all of the hotel facility! Enjoy Staying Guys!

I'll favorited this hotel. good and clean managing from the staf and for parking it was safe cz there are securities on shift. for utilities are available and wifi are stable.

Honestly, I have had the good experience of staying in image hotel, but that was 2-3 years ago. And it was the deluxe room. This time ruined it all.

The Standard Room
TLDR: stay away from this option

The rooms are moldy, smelled of smoke, though I ordered non smoking, I never got the confirmation that it was a smoking room. It suited better as 'kos kosan' room

I booked 2 standard rooms for our group and we were never stayed on those rooms, end up make a manual emergency booking at other hotel during high season night where all of traveloka listings were sold out.

It was so cheap, but it was super confusing experience compared to the deluxe.

Hot water was dead.
No cell signal.

Next day i confirmed that we could upgrade to deluxe available rooms with additional 100k fee per room. And it was better. Though there was again:

Hot water was dead.
Room AC in 108 wasn't cool at all. I ended up sleeping with open window. Luckily Bandung was cool enough.
Door Access Card receiver room 108 was broken.
I see that they didn't exist in the service checklist, that's why perhaps they didn't check on it at all.

I do recommend Image Hotel management to separate brand between standard room and deluxe room. The quality gap is too far to be managed under the same brand name. For me, Image Hotel has failed to maintain good image.

Stayed in deluxe room for a night. Price is worth the facilities I experienced. But I took me 20-30minutes to get keys after I checked in, the service from front desk was really slow and the staff aren't talkative and not friendly.

I booked a deluxe twin room here, but the room is a bit small. The toilet is clean but the hot shower is not working. Its recommended tho to stay there for a while.

Not a good place but not bad either it's 50/50 for me... Well at least you have a place to stay but it's up to you guys to stay here

I got an old room. I think it would be much better if you get a new room in a new building. It's good enough just to take a rest, but much things could be improved. I'm not satisfied.
