I enjoy my night staying here, and I love my room! It's adequate, clean, and I got a nice balcony. My only complain is... Was the AC actually working? I was sweating at night and tried to turn on the AC, but didn't feel anything.

Otherwise, everything's fine, quick check in, will come back and stay again.

We travelled through Java for 10 days, this hotel was definitely the worse place we stayed. First room (201) smelled so bad that I had to change, the second one right above was just a tad better, yet very dirty, the service was poor and the noise of the motorbike from the street was unbearable! Too bad, we had 3 nights in Bandung! Yet I must say that we loved the small trendy city!

The hotel was obviously closed and not maintained for a long time. Our initial rooms where showing signs of leakage and mould. The staff was eventually willing to give us a family room which was much better. However the room was in front of the hotel with a lot of noise from the traffic outside.

Secondly the breakfast gave most of my traveling compagnons a belly flue. And lost but not least the swimming pool was very dirty.

One good thing; the restaurant on the other side of the route is very well (Haleman)

The hotel is very convinience, moreover the location was perfect, so close to dago and near to the factory outlets. The room is clean, I love the interior: classic and home. The staffs are friendly and helpful, I feel comfortable having a breakfast and got services from the staff (the one with the hat) he was helping us with some suggestions where to go in bandung. Good job and will come back sooner or later. Terima kasih

I stayed for 3 days 2 Nights, the staff are helpful and give excellent service with full of smile and fast response. Now let's talk about other things :
1. Location, as you can see in the photos there's a lot of trees because the location is near ITB forest so the ambience give a forestry vibes. It's really a perfect location however the problem is the road in front of it happen to be a always crowded traffic, so you can clearly hear the sound of muffer.
2. Building u0026 Room. I'm not gonna lie, the building give elegance when you enter the lobby however when inside the room it really gives you an old fashioned interior. But like others said, the pool is dirty because of leaf not because of moss. Now the room, the room is huge and have a lot of table so if you look closely some of the hardest spot to clean up have dust in it, especially on the floor, and the chair it's comfortable however there's a lot of stain. The bathroom was amazing for me, towel u0026 bathroom kit are available. The TV also boradcast cable tv.
3.Food. I ordered food room service, the price well it's expensive of course however the taste of Tom Yum is great, not spicy like other Tom Yum however the filling inside is worth for the price. Then I ordered another food next day and for me Mie tek tek too salty for my liking. And here comes the breakfast, it tastes so so but of course I wouldn't complain, mostly it's Indonesian foods.
4. Price, well I get great price for the rooms with specific request. It's worth for my liking.

I was very disappointed with the lady at the receptionist, there was not a single word when I returned the key, not even a thank you. Hopefully she can be better.
on the other hand I really like the service of the staff at breakfast, they are very helpful

got a perfect room with balcony, the staff was very helpful, beautiful building, full of greens (trees and plants were wel perfectly placed, classic interior and strategic location!!! would definitely come back real soon. thank you house of sangkuriang
